New Member: Jonathan Woodard
We’d like to introduce our newest coworking member, Jonathan Woodard! Jonathan, 25, is a talented creative who has lots of experience in the marketing industry as well as some mad video skills. John’s worked with several different marketing agencies here in Jonesboro and is now the Creative Director at Uno Creative. Here’s a short promo which Jonathan created for Uno Creative:

“JoBoCoWo” in 3D!
For a couple of months now, Michael Quessenberry has been working now and then on an astonishingly accurate Google Sketchup + Kerkythea 3D rendering of our little clubhouse here at Jonesboro Coworking. Several of you have seen sneak peeks during one of his Google Sketchup 101 sessions at Refresh Jonesboro. So, we decided to go in ninja-style and grab a few screenshots so that everyone can see what he has been working on so diligently. Here’s the most recent rendering (with furniture!). It is eerily similar to a photograph of the place and this isn’t even a fully rendered version (which takes about a week to render). He is working on the smaller details such as the lamps, desks and such now. Did you notice the blinds on the windows and the decal on the white board? Wow…awesome work, Michael!

Joseph Yancey and Steven Trotter have been working on a new project for BarCamp Jonesboro, an iPhone and Andriod app which will be used before, during and after the event by the BarCampers to share their BarCamp Jonesboro 2010 experience. The domain “coworking.com” now belongs to the coworking community thanks to a collaborative purchase of the domain name by a group from the wiki, here is the first statement on coworking.com
